Catholic Early EdCare operates more than 130 long day care centres, kindergartens and outside school hours care services across South East Queensland. They are committed to supporting children to grow socially, individually, respectfully, spiritually, creatively and confidently, through play-based programs.

For many years, Catholic Early EdCare has worked alongside Catholic schools and parishes to meet the needs of local communities. Xavier work closely with Catholic Early EdCare on our inclusive childcare intiative, enabling children with complex disability and health needs to participate in mainstream early education with their peers.

BallyCara village, residential care, home care and wellness programs inspire health and happy living in older Australians. A charitable organisation, BallyCara has been serving the Queensland community for over 115 years.

In partnership with BallyCara, Xavier run two Community Therapy Clinics at BallyCara Wellness Centre in Scarborough and Caras’ & Co by BallyCara in Wooloowin. From our clinics we support children and young people with disability through therapy.

As an NDIS registered provider of Plan Management and Support Coordination, InFocus support participants throughout Queensland with Plan Management and in Brisbane and surrounding suburbs with Support Coordination. InFocus Plan Managers and Support Coordinators will help you to get the most out of your NDIS plan. InFocus is a trading name of Xavier. The National Care Workforce Alliance (NaCWA) is a national alliance of aged care, home & community care, technology, and education & training providers. We work in collaboration with the NaCWA to tackle the care workforce crisis in Australia.

In 2024, the installation of our energy-efficient solar system at Xavier Place was proudly supported by the Lord Mayor’s Community Sustainability and Environmental Grants Program.
