Our Team

I joined Xavier in 2018 and currently serve as Executive General Manager. I am a registered nurse with extensive leadership experience across healthcare, disability and aged care services, including senior roles in hospital management and clinical governance. I am passionate about strengthening safe, high-quality services for children with complex needs and supporting teams to deliver compassionate, person-centred care for children and their families.

I joined Xavier in 2023 as General Manager Clinical Services for Xavier Place and Community Support Services. In 2024, I also became Chair of the Xavier Safeguarding Committee. Before joining the Xavier team, I had extensive experience in the Queensland public health care sector. I am a registered Physiotherapist and hold a Masters in Health Administration. I am passionate about helping to improve the health and wellbeing for our children and their families.

I joined Xavier in 2013 and have been the Chief Financial Officer since 2015. I am a qualified CPA with a mix of Finance and Information system skills and experience across different industries. I am responsible for Finance, IT, Sales and Procurement services. At Xavier, my role is to support the team to work closely with families to ensure that those with a disability have a choice and independence.
