After treatment during a stay in hospital, your child may need some further additional care.  Our nursing team can provide direct care or train and support carers, families and Support Workers to implement post hospital care.  We support families so that your child can come home sooner while still receiving the specialist nursing support that they need. For example:

• Post-surgery wound care
