Support Workers

Our team of Support Workers and Coordinators are trained by Registered Nurses and Occupational Therapists. We can support your child and your family in your home as well as help your child to get out and about. Xavier in-home support makes life easier for families while encouraging independence. Our out-of-home support helps children to be active members of their community, pursue their interests and make new friends. We will speak with you to get to know your child, your family and the support that you need and match you with a Support Worker that will be the best fit for your family.
